No need to download any external software or worry about losing sensitive data or overwriting by mistake.

With sharesuite you get your own internal drive included. You can easily use this to directly exchange data or move or edit data in different locations.

Simply link the sharesuite document management (DMS) with the desired folder on your PC and then either synchronize the existing documents and document versions manually, for example after revising a file, or have them synchronized automatically (hourly) by sharesuite drive.

Thanks to the two-way synchronization, files can be edited, saved and synchronized with the sharesuite DMS file path as they usually are on a computer. This means that they do not have to be downloaded, edited locally and then uploaded again. If documents are deleted or replaced in sharesuite, the corresponding folder on the drive is also updated.

This ensures that your team is always working on the same versions of documents relating to a project. The activities function can also be used to logically track the respective steps.
