Welcome to our new blog post 
September was very productive again. We brought out a new online release.
New sharesuite features in autumn. Now we’d like to introduce them to you.
Tasks
Everyone knows that checklists make work easier by providing a better overview. So we quickly added a checklist function to the task details.
Have you taken another step to process the task? Mark it as done on the checklist and sharesuite will cross it out for you – just like any usual checklist. So everyone knows what steps are still necessary to complete the task successfully.
For an even better search, you can now also filter by contacts in the task overview.
Projects & activity recording
We have also included a new feature for project work in the release. Newly created tasks can now be displayed directly and automatically in the Gantt view.
In addition, the order of the tasks in the Gantt chart can now be adjusted as required and the import function of MS project files has been revised.
sharesuite activity recording has been expanded to include a weekly view (beta) in the input options.
Of course, bugs that occurred in the past have also been fixed in this release in order to make work even more pleasant for you.
